During the second visit and #biodiversitymonitoring at the quarry ‘Clastra’ in Italy, E.C.O.’s vegetation experts Tobias Köstl and Daniel Wuttej came across several natural gems.
On the pictures you see Clinopodium acinos, Saponaria officinalis, Veratrum nigrum. Parts of the former quarry grounds were recultivated into an orchard with fruit trees. They also paid visit again to the chestnut groves and observed a Mantis religiosa.
